My name is Dominic DeLuca and I am the third generation of DELCO Packaging. I have been around this establishment since the time I could walk and plan to be around until I can’t walk any longer. I officially became an asset to the DELCO family in the summer of 2013 and have been here ever since. I enjoy waterfowl hunting in the winters and golfing in the summers, as well as traveling sporadically through out the year. My at home family consists of my wonderful wife (to be 9/5/22) and my two golden retrievers Dux and Hazel.

If I had to give a tagline to describe this company, I would say “DELCO cares”… And what do most people care about more than all else? Family, hence the reason DELCO looks at all employees and customers as family and will go to great lengths to ensure that there is satisfaction across the board. We strive to develop personal relationships with all of our valued customers to emphasize that we are not “just a business” but a company who truly has your best interest in mind. As cliché as that sounds, it’s still an understatement. DELCO cares, and as long as the DeLuca name stands behind our logo, that will never change.

My feeling is we should feel like a thread in the fabric of a company. Delco has been a company that makes the impossible, possible and whatever it takes to satisfy a costumer's need is the goal. I feel there is no one within a company that should not be recognized or appreciated no matter what their position might be. My more than thirty years in the packaging industry has given me the necessary skills to analyze packaging problems and offer solutions. This would include improving processes and products that will provide cost saving benefits.

Hello, my name is Debbie Wright. Thru my 30 years with Delco, I have worn many hats and have been fortunate enough to be a part of Delco’s growth. I was the first non-family employee, and believe me, our Delco team IS family to me. I am truly dedicated to team Delco.

I have lived on the beautiful Eastern Shore of Maryland all my life. I am a wife of 40 years, a mother, and a grandmother. (Don’t let me get started about our granddaughter Delilah unless you have a lot of time!

Most recently, I have joined the Delco Sales Team. Our customers are fantastic partners. I attribute much of my sales success to Delco’s high standard in both customer service and product quality.
