We have a great working relationship with DELCO. The salesman maintains constant contact with us without being overbearing. They inform us well in advance of any projected supply chain issues and gives their recommendations so we can make decisions and order accordingly. They check in and confirm inventory at least monthly so we know we will never get caught running out of material. As new products come out, they explain what is new and give us the option to test them out while being here during the tests to make sure everything runs smooth. DELCO has brought to our attention numerous new pieces of equipment that would potentially upgrade our current manufacturing. If purchased, they are at our facility from the testing of the equipment through full operation. However, our relationship with DELCO is above all other suppliers for reasons beyond just purchasing their products. Through their contacts with other businesses, DELCO is able to match us up with other companies when we have manufacturing or equipment questions. They’ll spend hours helping us even though they know that there will be nothing purchased through their company.
